Responsible for drafting and reviewing Mitchell-Lama appeals decisions in order to expand affordable housing opportunities.
Served the City of Schenectady for five years as Deputy Corporation Counsel.
Acted as legal advisor to the Schenectady Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals and Schenectady City Council
Played lead role in major development projects in Schenectady including Mohawk Harbor and Rivers Casino.
Exclusively handled City real property matters including the resale of over $9 million in City-owned property.
Negotiated complex tax certioraris to protect the City's tax base.
Prosecuted city code violations and reviewed updates to municipal ordinances.
Drafted legislation for regularly held Schenectady City Council meetings.
Served as Executive Director of the Schenectady Urban Renewal Agency
Served on board of directors for Bethesda House in Schenectady.
